Playing with my son - Primary account/subaccount
I've searched for this answer and either couldn't find it or was confused by the answer. Hoping someone can clear it up for me.
My son and I want to start playing together on the PS4. I have the full digital version of TTK and add on's (bought on PS Store as bundle at Christmas time '15). I'm the primary account holder, he has a sub account under me. We both can log in with our own user profile, and have our own characters. I'm considering picking up another used PS4 for cheap. What else will I need to make this work, in our own house, so we can play together/at the same time?
Obviously I'll need a second PS4. What about a second copy of the game? A second PS Plus membership? After set up, will both accounts still have their respective characters? Anything else I need, or can I just buy the second PS4, log in with the master account, and one of us logs in with the master on one PS4, and the other logs in with the sub account on the other PS4?
Please let me know if I'm unclear. I appreciate any help, as I'd like to figure out before spending more money than necessary.

4 RepliesIt's all possible I do it with my fiancé but all you need is another copy of destiny (assuming all dlc is downloaded) You need to put your account on your sons ps4 and make sure your account is set as primary on his console. This way he will be able to download all dlc on his console (from your account) and then because your account is primary he will be able to use all dlc and ps plus on his account. Because your account has actually purchased the ps plus you don't need yours as primary to play it just means no other accounts on your console can use it. Hope this helps and I've explained it ok lol
