If you can post a source that states your light lvl determines who you're matched up against, that'd be great. I have never heard or seen that, not once. I've played in every IB set aside from maybe 3 times. The matchmaking previously was set on connections. Not your light lvl... Okay, if you think people wouldn't step into ranked matchmaking: A) then why did people chose to play it on Halo B) add incentives to playing the ranked playlists. Increased drop rates, etc.
