Fully agree. The problem is, you only notice fist of havoc when it's successful. You don't notice all the times when a Titan scouts out a potential group, can't get in position and decides not to use it.
I would even count killing only one person as a failed FoH.

The only time I'd be alright with a one person kill is if I stopping their team from getting an objective, or killed someone in thier super. Can't remember how many time I failed trying to get multi kills only to make cracks in the ground, I'm saving more often now.

Sounds like I have failed nearly every single fist of havoc then. I don't want to nerf or buff it though
