Check abandoned quests. Did you get the shader and emblem and stuff from the kiosks before ttk?

already checked and no, I do not get from the kiosks, in matter effect they don't even show there for me man :( also a few days ago I did a full reset, uninstalled the game and installed again as I read on some other posts about the Veterans Tour, a Bungie helper told the other guy with the same issue to do that, didn't worked.
