Your sample size is too low to draw any sort of conclusion on 3oC. They've been dropping for me every 6 or so times it seems.
But I do agree wholeheartedly that they need to bring back strike variety.

Yeah was curious if others were having that issue with the 3OC. It seemed normal up until the last update and now it seems off to me in terms of drops. But I tend to have bad luck so maybe its just that.
