Blueprints not working
So my armor blueprints are not showing my peregrine greaves, although i have the y2 version at 310, also no engram requiring discovery for Twilight Garrison? anyone else have this problem? also Shaxx bounties do not appear for me. any suggestions?

As Thundadevil stated peregrine greaves are bugged. Bungie is aware and investigating. Refer to this link: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/179052260/0/0/1

You only receive Shaxxs bounties if you complete the quest line. Called Crucible Forged.

The Peregrine Greaves are bugged right now from appearing in the kiosk. The missing exotic chest (undiscovered) blueprint will show up once Twilight Garrison is discovered.
