I got BANNED from communication on Xbox just because I called a 10 year old on cod a "useless -blam!-ing teammate" his dad was soooooo offended that he PERSONALLY called Microsoft and got me banned for 3 weeks.
Edit: it was in game chat and his dad was also in the game.
