Arma is known for being a pretty cpu-bound game, so I would go for a Skylake build. Something like this will do what you need it to do: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wWC9bv It only has 240gb of storage because I feel that with the steady decline of SSD prices it is better to get a 240-500gb SSD now, and add in a mechanical drive later for mass storage since a 1TB can be picked up for as little as $40.

 • This may be a stupid question but... Does it come pre built or do I have to build it? It's not that I can't I just don't feel confident in my abilities to do it right.

 • You would have to build it to get those specs at that price. That same PC pre-built would run you somewhere in the neighborhood of $1200. Trust me, it is easy to build one. PC building has become so streamlined in the past few years that literally anyone can build one in about 2 hours without any previous experience.
