Yogurt is quite good for settling digestive problems. Lots of healthy bacteria. Green tea soothes stomach aches as well. (Actual green tea, not bottles sugary green tea) don't have much other advice. Plenty of other home-based remedies out there. Just be careful with the meds. Chances are your body will be addicted to them when you're taken off them. My dad had a few back surgeries and got hooked on the stuff. Took him down a bad path after a while.

Oh yeah for sure on the meds, quit one med that is supposedly addicting, nothing foul yet. The oxy honestly isnt that addictive. Doesnt help pain much, and doesnt give a high for me. But im stopping those asap. Thanks for your feedback, hope your dad is doing better
