I disagree. He is simply quoting another members post. How would that be against any rules?

Many Ninja's have ninja'd posts regardless of what they were about solely on the fact that a gamer was "named" or called out by gamertag. I am sure "naming and shaming" are not allowed. Seems like you ninjas contradict each other.

His gamertag (public) and screen name on bungie.net are identical. Sort of hard not to call him by his gamertag. I don't see that post leading to any type of harrasment, so I don't think you should stress it. Just my two cents. I am not a moderator here on bungie.net. If that post also accused them of something slanderous, then yes, it will be removed. I think that perception that ninjas are inconsistent comes because the offending post is removed. People really don't remember what it was they posted.

On the website, you have a report option in private messages. That's not there on the mobile app. Still, you can mute the user and leave the conversation. After that, you'll never see them again.
