Absolutely. My Titan only had 4 things in his inventory.

Is their a possibility that you received the items and they just did not popup or on a second Guardian? It was limited to one per a account not Guardian.

I was using my PlayStation account. I'm using my Xbox account for the forums. The items did not pop up when I opened each package.
