I think it's an absolutely disgusting that nothing has been addressed since October! I'm still waiting on the issue of missing the Veterans Rewards quest, clearly that isn't going to be fixed and I'm not going to receive those rewards despite purchasing the game and season pass on launch...way to not give a damn Bungie! Maybe you should use some of the revenue earned from this title to hire a competent support team to address this issues list which isn't going to magically disappear!
