That's not really for you to determine. Sure, op might end up regretting the decision, but it's their decision and theirs alone. Many people who get tattoos don't end up regretting them at all. I for one love every single one of mine.
-
Fair enough but well see how long you enjoy those tats
-
I've had them for years and never had a shred of regret. They each have a deep, personal meaning, so they will continue to serve as a reminder of something or someone I love.

My tattoo will have a deep meaning to it. So I'm sure I won't regret it, and it's not like I'm getting it on my damn forehead. It's going to be on my back. Somewhere private. I'm not getting it to show it to the world, and when I'm old my back is going to be saggy already, I'm not going to be showing off my back when I'm old anyways!!

A year wait until your eighty but if there something personal i can understand but if its a stupid tat youll regret it
-
I won't make it to 80 for a bunch of reasons. I drink. I occasionally smoke. I have a family history full of heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and high blood pressure. I drive without my seatbelt. The list of why I most likely won't live past 60 is too long to post in its entirety. So I don't think I have to worry about what they'll look like when I'm 80. They are also in places that don't tend to sag, so at most they'd be a little faded, which is fixable with a touch up.
-
Huh fair enough well it is your life although you could easily stop smoking and put on a seat belt while driving just saying

Pot relieves stress and seatbelts are uncomfortable.
