Gauntlet engrams, specifically for my Hunter
Hello,
I'm looking for a little help today as this is the first issue that I've had with Destiny. I recently started trying to really ascend my Hunter as I have my Warlock and Titan. He was already lvl 40 with a light lvl of 290, so it's not like I'm just starting out with him. I have had 3 legendary gauntlet engrams decrypt into artifacts now and a few that have decrypted into something else (mote of light, etc.) I haven't had this problem with either of my other two guardians, so I'm wondering if it's just RNG playing April Fool's jokes a bit early or if this is a known issue. Couldn't find a help topic on it and only saw the hot fix on leg engrams. Please advise!

6 RepliesLegendary armor engrams can decrypt into artifacts since they don't have engrams of their own. You're just unlucky to have it happen when what you want is the gauntlets. Legendary engrams always decrypt into gear now. They cannot decrypt into anything else.
