they shortened it for balance. GG is already a skilless talent. you want it to last forerver? and extend duration of all other supers to balance it out? war of escalation maybe? if you dont want godlike hammers of titan dont ask for same with GG

No health Regen on kill no damage reduction and way less kill potential, yeah those extra 3 seconds are gonna make it god mode

three more seconds in crucible is a lifetime if everyone is running away waiting for it to die.
