No it's a trade off, you either have 3 shots with time to use it.
Or 4 shots but limited time to use them

Okay. Impossible Machines, Purifier Robes, Obsidian Mind, Immolation Fists, Helm of Saint-14, and Mask of the Third Man should reduce time in super as well. It's a trade off.
