A storm caller is shut down easily by the other supers
If you suck that bad you can hear him activate it and super him back you don't deserve 4 shots
4 shots is pretty damn over powered considering you can get the super so quickly.
And as I said it takes one bullet to shut down any super while the other supers require 2 attacks and are easier to dodge
