I am not salty. Us Dregs have an equivalent though. Lemony. So what the -blam!- is with all the -blam!-ing furries!!! What the -blam!-! None of this -blam!- makes any sense. You're sexually attracted to animals, and not your own species. Even more so, you want to make animal-human mutants. wHY???
Anthropomorphic Animals, that is, animals possesing Human qualities such as Hair, bipedal-ness, possibly digigrade hands/feet, and most notably Human intelligence. Usually a strong parallel is drawn to the Real Universe, and the society within it.
Speaking freely, the anthropomorphic beings usually seen in Furry Culture would be an upgrade to our species, though there would be downsides too. In areas such as Alaska, where temperatures can go down past -45 in tbe winter, even a small layer of fur would increase surrivability. In the case of canine species, a huge upgrade would be made to the hearing and smelling senses. As this is fantasy, virtually no downgrade is given to the feelings of touch, sight or taste even with a result of canine features.
I could go on but meh
