What If Defenders Could Fire From Inside Their Bubbles?
We've always had to exit the safety of our bubbles to shoot our enemies, or wait for them to try to kill us from inside. But what if we didn't have to, how would that affect the game?
Edit: Suggestions say that there should be an Exotic armor/weapon that has this ability exclusively. Nice.
Also considerable: Switch that with being unseen from outside the bubble. It'd be harder to kill the Defender if you try to rush them.

I feel like this would be great to make Defender Titans up to par with the other supers, but I think the only way this would work, is if weapons of light was used. And by that weapons of light would allow the bullets to pass, but at 25% reduction, but I you stepped out, it would work as a normal buff. It wouldn't be OP because they still can't leave their bubble if they wanna do dmg from inside of it. The super is meant to defend you, and I think the fact that it doesn't allow you to be offensive while keeping you safe kinda makes the super a super magnet, or an invitation to walk in and get ganged lol.
