Talked to Deej - says petition denied, but to be sure and check out the new years emotes. Also They're doing a micro-transaction buy 2 get 1 free on all year 1 emotes..
He also mentioned they'll be selling bounty coins. 500 silver for 5 and you can spend them to complete any bounty of your choosing
