Third Eye is kinda a waste of a perk on an Auto Rifle, because you aren't exactly hard scoping down hallways being vulnerable to people flanking you while using an Auto Rifle. You should always be on the move while using Auto Rifles that's why I would rather Outlaw, Feeding Frenzy or even Army of One/Grenadier.
