If it's on Bungie's end then yes. If not then, only if Sony has to pay to do so. Sony absolutely has to get upgrade their security and network. And they apparently have the money to do so given all the exclusive deals they've bought. I do understand the economics of the strat Sony is using, but PS owners need to get all over Sony for neglecting their network.
