What If Defenders Could Fire From Inside Their Bubbles?
We've always had to exit the safety of our bubbles to shoot our enemies, or wait for them to try to kill us from inside. But what if we didn't have to, how would that affect the game?
Edit: Suggestions say that there should be an Exotic armor/weapon that has this ability exclusively. Nice.
Also considerable: Switch that with being unseen from outside the bubble. It'd be harder to kill the Defender if you try to rush them.

Either have it as an exotic perk, or have it as an optional perk on the super. As long as you could not have armor or weapons of light with it, and maybe did 80% of the usual damage, I would be fine with both using this and having it used against me.
