I think there should be like a -33% damage debuff when firing from inside the bubble so if you specd for WoL with illuminated it would get you to regular damage. Another cool thing would be like a perk, either introduced into the subclass or via exotic, that made ramparts, so, like a castle. You could shoot out of the small holes easily while it would more difficult for enemies to shoot in. Eye level so you could crouch if you just wanted to use it for cover.
