Huh? Stormcaller buzzes so fast that you can call it an instakill anyway. And you can kill three enemies at once from 20ft away. And it's by far the longest super, even without transcendence. Transcendece only makes it even more ridiulous. And holding down the R-button doesn't even take that much energy. And it has the same damage resistance as any other mobile super (except gg). And it's tracking is unbelieveable...you can't even jump away from it. Compared to arcblade, golden gun, radiance or hammer of sol it's op because it's roaming and killing potential is just way too high.
