A Deeper Meaning...
"Wherever I walk, blood and bodies follow in my wake. Wherever I speak, my lungs burn people at the stake. They're drawn to me, like moths to a flame. It makes me crazy, it drives me insane."

Sounds like a leader, a warlord perhaps. The "burning at the stake" part sounds like his words carry influence. But is the narrator going insane because ruin is not his intent? Has guilt crept in? Or is the power getting to his head?
