Y2 scrub and I have like 15-20 shards sat in my vault.
The real issue is finding 310+ weapons to infuse with.

Im with you. I have stopped running the raid except the challenge mode on hard. Basic raid rewards are typically useless. At least with the hard challenge you are guaranteed a 320 item!
