Recently, I've noticed that less and less people are really "falling in love". But why is this? Love comes in many forms; lustful love, mutual love, hateful love, familial love, friendly love, etc. For the most part, all of these forms of love are still present. So why does the phrase, "love is dead" even exist? Whether you write it off as angsty teenagers wondering why they can't get a date or for people who want justification for why they're still single at 30. The phrase is there, open to interpretation. What do you think Offtopic? Do you think love is dead, or do you think it's still alive and kicking...just in a different form? Is romance and chivalry a thing of the past?

 • simply exchanging holiday gifts with those you care about should be enough to remind everyone that love is still alive. My bro got me a turntable this year and trading gifts with him might be the closest, most honest love I've ever known. If you think love is dead you need to take SERIOUS inventory on your life
