She looks like she is about to shut down ,when the barman interjects;"for godsake Light talk to someone before you drink me dry, your making my liquor look like pish-water"he pours her another.
She sighs,
" where to begin?"

He waits patiently for her
-
She thinks for a little while "I supposed compared to you or Hunter its not much really but,its been keeping me awake. my first job as off world pilot, i was flying a small passenger craft. 5 passengers and me. a mother and her two kids, on their way to see the husband working on a colony base. And 2 engineers. As soon as we were out of recall or assistance, the engineers turned out to be a couple of escaped cons, nasty ones at that. things went to sht pretty fast." Her voice goes quiet, she can't find any words ,her eyes go from abject grief to utter fury, and then hopeless resignation. "Sorry JT I can't" It comes out barely a whisper
-
"it's okay light, it's at least not your fault, and you really can't trust many people these days. Don't let it affect you too much, else it'll consume you."

-
"Look, take my word for it; it ain't your fault, you're a good person, you were doing your job, how were you supposed to know?"
-
she hears the words but, can't quite face it. "The head Dr called it Survivors guilt ,things they did to that little girl man, that sht stays and so it should,...."
-
"Believe me light, you couldn't have done anything, it really isn't your fault"

Edited by ChaiseShadows: 12/29/2015 6:25:21 AM She shrugs "So people keep telling me, Sure u have enough of your own sht to deal with , without having to put up with my whining," she raises her glass in his direction and drains, the rest of it.
-
"I never considered it whining. And besides, it's an interesting conversation, in my opinion. Then again I'm insane"
-
She gives him a wry smile , as the bar man gives her a refill. " Dunno man you might be the sanest one here." She gestures to the ship.
-
"Miss, I think prostitution and contract killing are viable options, and have done both before, am I really sane? Not in the slightest"
-
"If someone is willing to do it I suppose you may as well use it to your advantage," she continues
-
"Agreed, though I don't think being a space cowboy/ex terrorist leader/Ex-PMC leader is the sanest thing possible, or the safest"
