Have received Banjo for almost 3 days now. PLEASE HELP

I have received banjo for about 3 days now before even getting to the character screen. My nat type is Open and I set the ports for what Bungie recommends to use for Destiny. I've contacted my service provider multiple times and they say everything should be working just fine and confirmed that the 7 port forwards recommended for destiny were active. Just want to be able to login :(
