Ryo stepped off the ship. He looked around eagerly, but did very little afterwards. He mainly stayed near the Picard.
-
A line was forming near the security gate, probably where he needed to go to enter the station.
-
He got in line and kept his head down, a sign that he didn't come to socialise.
-
Then came his turn. "please hand in all weapons and/or otherwise dangerous items please."
-
He handed over his dual laser pistols, and a pouch full of shurikens. When he grabbed for his katana, Ryo hesitated. He had never been parted from his sword.
-
"don't worry, all your weapons will be handed back to you when you depart."
-
That still didn't help Ryo. His sword was a part of him. It had been his only friend during his life, and he felt like he couldn't give it up, no matter what. Even if he'd get it back. " The sword stays with me."
-
"well I'm sorry, young man, but rules are rules. Can't have you running around with a weapon inside the station."

Edited by IXMMISmokey: 12/27/2015 10:31:24 PMRyo knew he couldn't stay here, or he'd die of boredom. Grudgingly, he handed over his katana. Already he felt naked without it. " I see one scratch on it, and I'm getting violent..."
-
"what's that?" Before he knew it, the sword had already payed a trip through the shredder. Now that the author of this post has ended his little fit, here's what really happens. The Officer takes his weapons and stores them in a special compartment. After giving him a scan for anything that he might have forgotten, he is sent on his way. "the Admiral's on Deck 12, he has a proposal for you."
-
The author of this post was almost disgusted with that, but he quickly recovered. On to the real thing. Ryo nodded and proceeded to meet with this Admiral.
-
He found the admiral in an observation lounge, looking at the vast debris field. He was surrounded by four Pacificators, and had a drink in his hand. Without looking at him, he spoke. "Where do you come from?"
-
" A shitty place. Can we move on to what you really want to discuss?"
-
"Straight to the point. That works just as fine. I want to send you home. And I need help. Way I see it, you help me out, I help you out."
-
" I don't have a home. So unless you have money, I don't care."
-
"You see, you're the new guy in this RP. And I don't know how you RPed back home, but in here, you have to make the plot advance. You'll get nowhere by being a little prick and expect everything to come your way. I don't care about your character. I already got people on board. You want to have a start in this RP? You better get off your ass, join, and start role playing. I'm done here. Question is, are you?"
-
" Fair enough. But just because you've been here longer than I have, doesn't make you better."
-
"Never said it made me better. But I am the one in charge of this specific plot, and It'll be the same for every person who leads each plot. Now, I'm assembling a strike team composed of members of your team and two of my own. You'll be briefed when everyone's in."
-
" How long is that gonna take? And can I have my weapons back?"
-
"Your weapons will be handed to you when you leave, as promised. I'll let you know when the meeting is ready."
-
Ryo nodded and left the room.
-
Doc walked off of the Picard and through the airlock and into the station
-
thought her name was Evelyn
Before she could proceed she was stopped by security. "weapons, please. They will be returned to you upon your departure."
-
it is she's a doctor so everyone calls her Doc
she hands them her heavy plasma rifle and katana "That's everything I can give you"
-
"second one to do that... What do you mean "that you can give me"?"
