• Sir you are a retard. You are basically saying that a cigarette that contains over 4,000 chemicals is worse than a plant that has no chemicals put into it. Yes they both contain tar. But you look at a person that goes through 30 cigarettes in a day (pack and a 1/2) then look at your 1 a day stoner that sparks up 1 bowl. Depending on how big your bowl is the weed only equates to about 1 cigarette. Meaning that those who use cigarettes are at much higher health risks than those who smoke some devils lettuce. This is called critical thinking. Some day you too could develope this skill. (There are also studies to support my thinking)

What ever. Smoke is smoke. Lung cancer You were a total dick in coming across like that. If you think this helps your body, then you should go seek medical attention. Like now. Or go google some witty response that justifies drugs. Which by the way Aren't legal. Also. While making assumptions about my critical thinking skills, you misspelled develop.
Some day you too could develope this skill
•
What ever. Smoke is smoke. Lung cancer
There are plenty of people smarter than you and I that have looked into this problem, and absolutely none of them have ever found a correlation between marijuana as cancer. (It's given to cancer patients for use during treatment ffs) The fact is that the only way you kill someone with weed is if you take a brick of weed and beat that person to death with it.
If you think this helps your body, then you should go seek medical attention.
Those same researchers have found that marijuana actually has a plethora of uses and humans naturally have cannabinoid receptors in the brain which hints at an evolutionary background of weed. The government (the main proponent of prohibition) has taken out patents validating the good effects of marijuana. When you take these facts and you then realize that marijuana has never, in recorded history, killed someone outright; it becomes pretty easy to make the claim that marijuana has at least some good effects on the body.
Which by the way Aren't legal.
Legality does not equal Safety. That's honestly common sense. Alcohol isn't safe and cigarettes certainly aren't safe. Maybe you're content to let a bunch of elites up in Washington DC control your life, but I am not; and they have no right to tell me, a grown adult, what I can and cannot put in my body.

  • I'm honestly done with you. READ YOU DUMB ASS smoke causes lung cancer. Weed is smoked. ALSO. Marijuana is used as a pain relief. There are not any medical benefits of putting smoke into your system. There are more risks, like death, while under the influence of marijuana. Just because yahoo answers say that some doctors say that heroin is a very good treatment for STDs doesn't make it true.

  •
smoke causes lung cancer. Weed is smoked.
Not necessarily true. Carcinogens in smoke cause cancer, and no link has been found that marijuana contains any cancer causing carcinogens. If you want to make a claim like that (when it conflicts with actual research), then you had better get some actual evidence. (Accusing me of using yahoo answers does not count as evidence. Ironically, it's actually evidence that you have no clue what you're talking about)
Marijuana is used as a pain relief. There are not any medical benefits of putting smoke into your system. There are more risks, like death, while under the influence of marijuana.
No one has EVER died from marijuana. EVER. I honestly have no clue why you have such a strong opinion on something you don't know anything about. Saying something that is false, multiple times, does not make it true.

  • Both of you are right and wrong. Cigarettes contain many more chemicals which are designed to make the user addicted. These chemicals result in lung and mouth diseases. There are also sever carcinogens in them. However, marijuana has none of the additional chemicals that come with cigarettes. This doesn't mean weed is not bad for you though as it does contain carcinogens of its own. Expect that's the same as saying the air we breath is not dangerous to use. Any foreign chemicals in the air will damage our lungs. This is because pollution and such, but that's not my thing. But seriously. Anytime you breathe something other than air you are damaging your lungs. Enough of that though. In the end neither one is good for you, but I would suggest weed to someone over cigarettes any day as long as it won't affect their job or way of life. Please educate yourself thoroughly on a topic before debating it with someone. It'll do both parties some good. Even if you disagree you'll be sourcing knowledge that others can use and you may even take something away for yourself.
I am not siding with either of you and I'm not trying to count your short comings either. I'm simply trying to state the facts.
• I could say the same thing. Its opinion I feel challenged Your facts are biased and from what you have shown me, largely based off of YouTube. Please go to the CDC website, or American Red Cross, then, and only then, you might have knowledge I do. You have said you get your information from the CDC before. Your not fooling anyone.
