People saying no it isn't are dumb. Yes cannabis is a gateway drug for numerous reasons. First off you get introduced to the dealers, the same people who can give you access to stronger drugs. Secondly it removes the taboo from illegal drug use. You smoke a bit of weed, it's illegal, it was fun, right? Kinda makes it seem not so bad doing other drugs. Trust me, I've been there, done the lot. Just because you didn't progress onto stronger drugs doesn't mean it isn't a gateway drug, it is.
