With the legalized availability of thc related substances they might have been referring to ingesting a thc based oil pill. They look like fish oil pills or vitamin E oil pills but they are basically high grade pot that has been cooked at low heat for several hours in oil. Then it is strained and processed into gel caps. But then again maybe the person was stupid enough to be really bragging about misusing prescription drugs. Throughout history many people have done many much more stupid things.
