[b]Shield World-Hangar[/b]
As the Grunt falls, Jack sees the General digging his axe into Cypher. Cypher was frozen there, was it fear? Death? Who knew....he had taken a hit, that's for damn sure. Marie hacked the terminal, allowing the rest of the team to enter the hangar, and that's when it began, the fight to end it all. Would the team shut down Nova once and for all? Or would they perish like the rest?
Python pushed through the door first, leading the charge and being the spearhead that he was. Bringing down Berserkers, Broodmothers and Elites fairly easily. He swept the battlefield, killing anything and everything in his way until he met Nova. A quick flick of the wrist, and he was on his ass, twenty feet away. He stood, starting to fight again. But that's when the floor shook...
The World Eater. The being to end all beings. It was Armageddon incarnate. Death's pet. The floor shook under its heavy footsteps, throwing soldiers of both sides off balance.
Nova appeared once again in front of the door that the team was walking through. She smiled.
"Welcome to your final destination, old friends and....others."
She said others with a disgust and hatred with a hatred that only a pissed woman could make. She raised an arm, lifting ground matter from behind them and sealing them into the hangar.
They were trapped in a corner....and what does a cornered animal do? It attacks....

Edited by Python824: 12/24/2015 4:41:54 AMWas it? It seemed like the forces were actually failing, slowly losing ground and morale....well, some were actually using this as more rage towards the fight, but most were saddened by this, just giving up mid-fight and waiting to die.

Python was gone when she looked back, he had started climbing the World Eater with Vaax, one of the few remaining enemies.

You saw literally none, as if Nova knew about your ability. Was killing the General even killing the General? Or would you kill something else first?

He shook his head, looking around. The General was startled, not injured. He stared right at you, the hatred visible even from there.

"Hey asshole, you just gonna stand there and look ugly?" [i]Jack said with his arms out.[/i]

[i]I saw the attack coming and I teleported a couple feet behind him.[/i] "Wow, I felt that one."

He smirked, swinging his axe around at your neck level.

[i]I ducked under it and took a step back[/i] "So close."

That's what you thought, a fist made contact with your face as you ducked. It knocked you on your ass as the General raises his axe once again.

[i]The predictive combat module was active and I saw his fist heading starlight for me, I side stepped and watched as it flew past me, as it did so I dug a knife through his elbow[/i]

His elbow shot out, with speed that made even you look slow. It broke your nose, for sure as he swung his axe down at your stomach.

[i]I teleported a few feet back and snapped my nose back into place. Damn that hurt. The team needs to hurry up and take out nova. [/i]

He stares at Jack, a smile on his face as he pulls the knife out and snaps it in half. The General waited for Jack to attack. "I'm going to kill you...then that little whore behind you....what's her name?" The woman that was with Marie dashed out from behind cover and at him. She tried to shoot him at point blank, it would be her last mistake. He grabbed the gun, turning it on her and pulled the trigger, a sticky grenade burying itself in her stomach. Her eyes widened as the grenade went off, covering himself in her blood. He looks at Marie. "This yours? I like a woman that knows nice weapons..."

"You stay away from her, you bastard!" [i]I roared with anger as black flames engulfed my body. I ran towards him at full speed, with him concentrated on Marie I jumped up and did a side kick to his face. My foot making contact on him as well as burning him. I wouldn't let another team member die on my watch. [/i]

He grabbed Jack by the leg that didn't kick him and pulled him in. He grabbed Jack by the neck and started to sqweeze, making it hard to breath and impossible to concentrate enough to teleport.

[i]As he pulled me in, my other foot kicked him in the face. With my speed and his force of pulling me in, my foot hit him square in the face. Once I did that I kicked off if him and did a backflip, landing a few feet in front of him.[/i]

His stranglehold remained strong as you were flipping, he was already reaching out. He lifted you, pushing the pistol from before into your jawline. The pain and fear made it difficult to focus. "A new Genesis? Just more fun for me..."

[i]"YOU'RE NOT KILLING ANYONE ELSE!!!"[/i] [b]Marie says with rage as she aims her rifle at the general, pulling and holding onto the trigger as she shoots a continuous beam at the general, a hole in his armor, underneath his arm, on level with his heart.[/b] [spoiler]Yay, i get to finish him. I think, idk. Anyways, i hate him... i miss my bestie ;~;[/spoiler]
