Has the last IB given everybody 320 boots? No, it hasn't. Best realistic scenario you have a [i]chance[/i] at 320-330 items from the rank 5 package, nothing more. Edit: what I meant is, IB is not going to give out max light items like the tone suggests in the OP's video. A small amount of people have gotten 320 IB boots from the last IB, and a small amount of people would get 330 IB boots if OP is right.
