It's programmed the exact same way Shadestep is, I don't understand the problem, its has a 2 evade cool down just like Shadestep...
I don't understand the hate, are you arguing against the mobility? If so, why complain about Sunbreakers tanking Golden Gun shots?

The spoiler explained the subject is bait. OP isn't complaining about the functions of the TG, just that it's ugly. As far as my thoughts on it, I think it takes more skill than people are letting on. And it's not easily mastered
