Refer A Friend Pending
I went and purchased a The Taken King Legendary Edition for Xbox One and my friend tried to refer me. However the refer stays in a constant pending. We have tried re-sending it and even playing the first mission of the Taken King together. We are stumped. I still have the activation code for if that is needed.

Nevermind I uninstalled everything and reinstalled everything and afterwords it worked. Sorry for bothering.
