Same here. What helps is practice. Flirt with girls you have no intention of dating. Go for the girl you want every time you want her. Even if you fall straight on your face you're better off. Take note of girls and how they react to you. If it doesn't hurt change. Most importantly, no girl is worth the price of your soul. Not even your soulmate.
