How a bout creating an account bound item that works like aetheric light allowing once a week to increase an items light from 1-5 light which could be acquired via quest or bounty. A lot of us are really close to maxing out gear but even with raid challenges, we are still falling short on progression for the amount of time put in. I would like to have something I know will help me progress each week even if its a small progression so we don't get stuck in a rut.
