Hey Dano! Welcome to the group :). Yeah, you're at the place where you either need to take advantage of events (Sparrow Racing, Iron Banner) that do have matchmaking, or find a group and do some end game content. Each week, you can do the end game content once per character for rewards. The Weekly Nightfall strike is a strike with hand picked modifiers that rotates every week. This week, it's Psion Flayers with Arc burn and a few other modifiers. It drops loot between 290-310. The Normal Mode Raid drops gear between 300-310 and some of our guys would be glad to run it with you and teach you how to do it :). Trials of Osiris, the weekend PvP tournament, also drops gear between 300-310, and up to 320 if you're really good via bounties and rewards for winning a bunch. It's really difficult, even if you're good at PvP, and the gear can be underwhelming for the effort unless you've got a good team.
