Nothing Manacles
So why were Nothing Manacles nerfed? I mean I never heard about them being "OP" & now it seems like Bungie kinda nerfed them a bit much. Anyone else feel this way?

3 RepliesWell I haven't used them much but I remember in y1 I would see a group of people at an objective and I could just save my nova bomb by throwing one scatter grenade and get a quadruple kill off of it. Idk how it is now.
