I'm sorry, Lost, but I have to disagree on at least 3 of those. Thorn was changed because 2-shot hand cannon from across the map is stupid. Plain and simple. Pulse rifles were nerfed because they were hands down the best choice in PvP no matter what you were doing. Sunbreakers were nerfed because their kill ratio was the highest. They were actually easier to deal with in Trials because it's easier for 3 to get away than 6, and Trials would have actually brought their ratio down since at most that's 3 kills, probably less, whereas in a 6v6 Titans routinely killed 3-5 with Hammers. I'm also going to preemptively disagree with you when they change snipers. They won't do it because of Trials, even though it is a problem there. They'll do it because it's the go-to choice in PvP for special weapons, because snipers can win in pretty much all conditions, and because sniping has no drawbacks.

  • Sun breakers KD was higher by a marginal amount. They admitted such. It was 0.1 higher than the combined total of Warlock and Hunter each separately as a whole. Meaning, yes, Sunbreaker did have a K/D slightly higher than Sunsinger, Void Walker, Storm caller combined but if we are going to use the combined KDs of three sunglasses to justify the Nerf, then what about the combined KDs of all Titan classes? The combined KDs of all Titan classes puts the Titan well under the rest. When it requires a subclass to be OP to even match the KD average of the other two archetypes, that is less of a problem with that subclass itself and more of an issue with Titan overall. This little update they did likely won't even push Striker or Defender over 1.0 overall KD
