Edited by Uuv: 12/18/2015 1:08:28 AMI miss Robot Chicken. I hadn't watched that in years lol. Not specifically that, I mean Robot Chicken in general.
-
The Star Wars specials were the best!
-
They were! I believe they did 3 parts to them as well.
-
Adult Swim UK just uploaded all of them on YouTube.
-
To be honest, the only show I've recently watched on Adult Swim is Mike Tyson Mysteries, which is surprisingly great.

Edited by Pheint3d: 12/19/2015 1:35:04 PMHoly shit. I had no idea this even existed. Mike tysons fucking hilarious. He's my fave boxer for his time, but down right hilarious with all the shit he'd say in interviews.
Holy shit. I had no idea this even existed. Mike tysons fucking hilarious. I just randomly woke up to it one morning at like 5:00 A.M., and it just happen to be the first time I've watched cable T.V. in months too lol.
-
I'll have to check it out man. Reading that instantly made me youtube it. It looks cool. Adult swim had some cool shows. I used to really like aqua teen hunger force. I didn't like it at first, but the randomness of some of the episodes create some cool wtf just happened moments for it.
-
Aqua Teen I liked, I just can't follow it anymore because it's gone through like 6 name changes over the past few years.

Damn. See I didn't even know that. I don't really watch tv all that much cause there's hardly anything to watch. When I find a show I like, it's like theres always someway something ruins it or gets it off the air. Like heroes. Man that show was the shit. Then the writers strike happened. It immediately began going downhill. Later on I hear of a reboot called heroes reborn. Easily the worst fucking writing I've ever seen in my life. It was terrible I know I kinda jumped from toons to live shows, but man. That shit ever happen to you? You find a sick ass show and suddenly it turns into shit. Sometimes being on air too long ends up ruining a show too though. The best ideas get used up and the show feels hollow later.

Edited by Uuv: 12/19/2015 7:34:01 PMIt's happened numerous times with me, and to he honest it happens whenever I really get into a show. For example, and I get hate for this opinion sometimes, but the Walking Dead is a prime example. I understand it's based on the comic, but man, that show has got to end at some point. It's just being dragged through the dirt at this point, and milked to an extreme degree. And then they decided to make Fear The Walking Dead, a spinoff show, and that was already bad from the start.
-
I know what you mean. I used to be really into the walking dead. Then I just stopped watching it. Not really cause I thought it was bad, I was just doing other things. I kept hearing one season was garbage, then I heard from a co worker of that spin off...but I said "dude that sounds hella weak. A spin off about the same exact shit?" My wife was into the comic years before the show ever came out. A lot of stuff was changed. She said it's a long ass series though. Minor spoiler perhaps -
the kid becomes the main protagonist at some point. So basically I figure the show will follow carl into adulthood
With all that being said, we live in a time where we do in fact see shows and whatnot milked. Like....nothing beats those first 2 to 3 seasons. Sometimes they need to know when to stop while they're ahead for some shows. I dont think I'll ever finish that series off. The internet spoils all the good parts anyways, and my wife already knows what is going to happen from the book. So...not really enticed to continue. I did really enjoy it for awhile though. Just like you so to speak.
-
I could never get into that show for some reason. I'm more of a fan of Rick and Morty.

Wtf lol
