I dismantled a Legendary Horn and got nothing.
I dismantled a Legendary Horn so I could get a Horn Relay to use on a rare horn. IT DIDN'T GIVE ME A HORN RELAY! So now I've got no Legendary Horn and no way to make another. All of this was on my Titan. PLEASE HELP! Thanks.

As the guy ahead of me said, you cannot get one from the happy horn. This is because you can get unlimited happy horns from the sparrow kiosk, near Amanda.

The happy horn doesn't give u one. Only the horn u get for rank s can give a horn piece for rare horns
