Anyone who honestly thinks that the vex mythoclast, thorn, last word, suros and hammer of sol weren't over powered needs to be banned from reproducing.
Also no one even asked for fusions to be nerfed, bungie have done that all on their own.
You've clearly never played an mmo type game before because balancing patches are part of its nature.

You clearly have no concept of challenging yourself to be better instead of asking devs to cut your enemies legs out from under them so you can succeed. Also, don't tell me what I haven't played.

You simply can't overcome the issue of someone killing you 33-100% faster, than you can kill him (at an equal skill level). Yes, you could just join them and use the same OP weapons, but that doesn't exactly help, when the theme is the overall balance of the Crucible. You using the same OP weapons, doesn't help with making other weapons balanced.
