OR you could make tool kits and require everyone to use them they would change weekly weapons in competitive games like IB and trials and make an elimination with those rules for practice hell we could make everything like that except mayhem if you wanted you could also ban all subclass abilities then it's a win win pvp is more competitive and pve doesn't get nerfs.
