Sorry but you are wrong. If you check the user stats of the nerf post 99 percent of the time the poster will have 80 percent or more of their time spent in PvE.
The people not spending enough time in PvP are getting the weapons nerfed. They can't adapt.

Did you actually compile these stats, or are you just guessing? Honest question. I'd be curious to see the actual numbers.

No I don't keep track but everytime I see a nerf post I check the stats and most of the time the OP has way more time in PvE than PvP. When you are competitive you find a way to win not complain until the others are brought down to your level. Then again we are not from the "everybody is a winner", participation trophy generation.
