Your argument is that the < 4% of players who venture into ToO have gotten everything nerfed? That doesn't add up. That'd have to be an awfully vocal and persuasive bunch.

  • Response to your second sentence: They are. And Bungie, I believe, still wants Destiny to be one of the top-tier PvP franchises. They will absolutely make decisions that cater to the PvP - and to PvP elites - every time.

  • That would go against Bungie's track record of catering to casual gamers over hardcore PVP players. This goes back to H2. Bungie will take steps to placate the PVP elite but they certainly have never focused on them to the detriment of the larger community. This is evidenced by SRL and by the best gear being obtainable via the raids.

  • Right, but this isn't a casual versus hardcore player argument. It's a PvP versus PvE argument.
