I COMPLETELY agree. ToO has managed to drive nerfs that affect large swaths of the game just for a tiny percentage of players. It's also managed to created some really unhealthy negative personalities. Destiny PvP community is on of the most toxic, hateful communities I've ever witnessed. Balancing for the 1% hasn't worked for any system... Trickle down balancing doesn't work...
